Production and shipping

When you make a purchase with us, your circuit will be made to order. Production can take up 3 to 5 days, depending on how busy we are, after which your Neon Track will be shipped. Delivery time can vary depending on your location. Track and trace will be available to keep you updated.

If the materials are not in stock, production may take a little longer. If this is the case, you will always be contacted. You will then receive a clear indication of the production time from us.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated based on your location and are shown in your cart.

Withdrawal period

In the EU you have 14 days to change your mind after your purchase (from receiving the product). If you return a product, the product and packaging must be in their original condition.

We give a one-year warranty on all our Neon Tracks. Keep in mind that if you have done repairs or caused damage yourself, we will have to charge you.

Only return products after you have contacted us so that we know that the shipment is yours and what the intention is.
